We provide free quote for backpack vacuum machine repair (repair staring from $65). All backpack vacuum machine quotes are FREE, other machine repair quotes will incur a non-refundable examination fee of $120 (inc GST) payable at the time of the examination in-store and if you choose to proceed with the repair that fee will be deducted from your final repair costs.
Please note there is an additional delivery charge if you would like us to deliver your repaired machine. If you don’t pick up your machine within 30 days after we have attempted to contact you, it will be sold and the proceeds applied to the cost of associated repair.

Carpet Shampoo Machine Rental
We have a Carpet Shampoo Machine avaiable for rental with pick up from our Sydney store. Pricing is $70 per day including GST and a $500 deposit for return of the machine in the same condition.
We are closed Saturday 12pm to Monday 830am so Friday rentals will be for a minimum of 3 days hire. Please call our team to discuss your rental needs and dates required Tel: (02) 9642-718 8.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my vacuum repair take?
Most vacuum cleaner repairs will be completed within 7 days. However, in situations where rare vacuum parts are required, please allow several more days for the parts to be sourced. You will be able to advise you if this is going to be the case.
Do you offer trade-ins on vacuum cleaners?
Yes, we do offer trade-ins on vacuums in working order for $50! Bring your vacuum into your local store and they will advise the amount they can offer.
My vacuum is losing suction, what should I do?
Have you cleaned your filters recently? Dirty and clogged filters are one of the main reasons for vacuum cleaners losing suction. If you own a bagged machine, have you changed the vacuum bag? If you have completed these steps and your vacuum is still losing suction, please bring your vacuum cleaner in to have it assessed by us under our free quote for vacuum cleaners.
Where can I take my vacuum cleaner for repair?
Please bring your vacuum to our Straithfield store.
Do you supply loan machines for vacuum services and repairs?
We do not offer this service at present, however if this will be an issue please contact your local store and they may be able to assist.
I have a problem with my vacuum and it's still under warranty. What should I do?
Bring your vacuum cleaner along with proof of purchase to our store.
The motor on my vacuum cleaner sounds noisy. Should I get it serviced?
If your vacuum cleaner motor is too noisy, bring it to our store and get a vacuum expert to take a look at it. Sometimes a service can help prolong the life of your vacuum cleaner.
Can you repair the machine even which was not brought from your shop?
Yes, we provide repair services in store. We can check and provide quotation to you before repairing.
Do you have vacuum to hire?
Yes, we have spare vacuum, please call us to confirm the availability before coming to the shop.
