Return Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and all accessories.

How to Return

• In-Store Purchases & Click & Collect: Bring your item to the store (with your proof of purchase) for a return or exchange.
• Online Purchases: Items must be returned in-store. If unable to visit, please contact us for return instructions.

Refunds & Fees

• Full Refund: If the product is discontinued by the manufacturer.
• Order Cancellations: If your order has already been dispatched or booked with a courier, a cancellation fee or shipping charges may apply (even if free shipping was provided).
• Special Order Cancellations: If you cancel a special order you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee on the returned item/s. 
• Incorrect Address: Refunds will not be given for undelivered parcels due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Change of Mind Returns: We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Shipping costs for both return and original delivery may apply.
