Returns Policy

Please note that all returns, refunds, or exchanges must be accompanied by any of the following:

• To complete your return, return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (included with all online purchases and Click & Collect)
• Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.
• Orders can exchange or return within 14 days, online purchases must be bought into store for exchange or refund.
• You will get full refund if the goods are discontinued by manufacturer, after notified by Big clean.
•  If you decide to cancel your order after the order has been booked with a courier company / SCS Driver or has been left the warehouse you will be refunded less the cancellation fee or Freight chargers (Even it was free delivery when you purchase)
• Refunds will not be given if you supplied an incorrect delivery address and your parcel did not arrive.

Big Clean reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
